2003 Domaine Pinson Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose has impressive intensity with notes of confectionary and flint like mineral quality. There is no mistaking the quality of this Chablis. The palate has very good weight and mouthfeel with more complexity evident than is shown by the Premier Cru. Flavours of biscuit, confectionary, yeast lees. Clean finish. Aftertaste of biscuit, quince and confectionary with spiciness persisting.
