Long, dry, tannic, ageworthy cabernet. A guy-rope tautness holding in curranty, olivey, juicy, musky fruit – and while there’s a splash of dried herbs, they’re so integrated into the fruit that it’s easy to miss them. Powerful, but not at all inelegant.
