2003 Chateau Lagrezette Cru D'Exception Malbec

Totally opaque black crimson colour with deep black dark red hue. Perfumed aromas of black cherries, blackberry and liquorice with an earth overlay. Medium to full bodied the palate delivers a generous flavour profile of black cherry, spice and liquorice with a leathery dried meat like back palate. Muscley structure with dry, slightly chalky tannins but balanced. Aftertaste of black cherry, liquorice and a leathery dried meat like character.
