2003 Cathcart Ridge Estate Riesling

Brilliant, pale straw colour with waterlike hue. Delightful nose, with mandarin, lime, spice top notes. The palate is still evolving but reveals a flavour profile that will become more complex with cellaring. Lime, mandarin and lemon flavours are evident, followed by a hint of talc. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of lemon and lime.
