2003 Buller Beverford Cabernet Sauvignon

Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Aroma of cedar and cigar box followed by a hint of tea leaf and blackcurrant as an end note. On the palate there is a touch of cod liver oil followed by chicory (coffee essence), cedar and earth leaving a bitter finish. Fine dry tannins. Aftertaste of chicory, cedar and cod liver oil.
