Bouvet Saphir is regarded as the finest expression of Sparkling wine from the Loire Valley. The 2003 vintage has just arrived and displays superb finesse and elegance. The base wine is pale gold, with fine persistent bead and creamy texture. Wonderful palate flavours of baked apple, quince and lemon which are perfectly matched to the acidity. Very long quince, spice and lemon aftertaste.
