2003 Boundary Rider Geelong Riesling

Tasted 08/07/2004: An outstanding example of cool climate Riesling. Bright straw colour. Lifted nose with strong scent of lime, lemon, spice and orange. blossom. The palate has excellent weight with flavours of orange rind, lime, lemon and mandarine evident. Excellent length and depth. Crisp acid finish with a long aftertaste of lime and lemon.

Retasted 18/01/2007: This wine is developing very well and will be a pleasant surprise to lovers of Riesling. Developed bright pale gold colour with pale straw hue. Honeyed top note, followed by tropical fruit and delicate toast end note. The acidity is still bright, with excellent palate length. Flavours of lime, toast and honey with a hint of kero.
