2003 Best's Great Western Bin 0 Shiraz

Very deep crimson mauve colour with deep mauve hue. Top note of violet, followed by vanilla, cedar, spice and blackberry delivering a perfumed lift. The palate is refined with a cool climate structure which emphasises the white pepper flavour profile. Flavours of plum, spice and cedar over a persistent white pepper background. Excellent length. Fine grained tannins, perfect balance. Long aftertaste with white pepper persisting.
