A subtle example of Chardonnay. Bright, pale straw colour with waterlike hue. Aroma of spicy oak, yeast lees, biscuit and cashew followed by a hint of melon and butterscotch. The palate reveals flavours of butterscotch, lees and toasted oak. Aftertaste of butterscotch, spice and citrus.
