A young Semillon with very good flavour and surprisingly good acid balance (a rare thing in young Hunter Semillon). Bright pale straw colour. Lifted nose with aroma of citrus, tropical fruit and cut straw, finishing with a confectionary end note. The palate is fuller than the 2002 with better balance and mouthfeel. Excellent acid balance. Long confectionary straw citrus aftertaste.
