Tasting: The 2002 Wolf Blass Unwooded Chardonnay is a pale straw colour with light green hues. The nose offers tropical aromas of fresh lifted mango, melon and peach. These classic tropical chardonnay flavours continue on the palate. The intense fruit flavours are balanced by the clean acidity with excellent length.

Cellaring: Enjoy the fresh flavours of this wine for up to two years.

Viticulture: The 2002 vintage saw a cool dry summer, which allowed the fruit to ripen slowly and evenly. The fruit for this wine was sourced from selected premier wine producing regions, throughout South Eastern Australia. The grapes were picked in the cool of the night to retain the fruit flavours before processing.
