Notes sourced from Wolf Blass

Tasting: The 2002 Wolf Blass SA Chardonnay is a vibrant youthful yellow colour. On the nose, varietal aromas of peach and melon are complexed by a hint of oak. The palate is medium to full-bodied with lively chardonnay fruit, oak flavours and a creamy texture from partial malolactic fermentation. A long, dry finish completes this premium chardonnay.

Cellaring: Excellent drinking now, and will gain further complexity with 2-3 years bottle age.

Viticulture: Select parcels of Chardonnay fruit were sourced from a range of premium vineyard sites throughout South Australia.
