An outstanding example of cool climate Chardonnay. Bright straw colour with aroma of toasted oak, biscuit and roast almond. The palate has an excellent creamy texture, with flavours of hazelnut, cashew and almonds – a sophisticated style showing complex secondary flavours which are reminiscent of the Burgundies of Mersault. Clean finish with long aftertaste of hazelnut, cashew and yeast lees with creamy texture persisting.
