A fresh, lightly aromatic white. Bright pale straw colour. The nose is quite dusty with notes of capsicum over a grassy herbaceous background. The palate has good weight, with grassy, herbaceous flavours dominant. Moderate concentration with dusty characteristics remaining evident. Crisp acid finish, followed by a long, grassy herbaceous aftertaste.
