A lean hard Semillon. Bright pale straw colour. The nose has a hardness about it that is evident on the first sniff. Herbaceous grassy top note followed by unripe lemon. The palate structure is lean with unripe lemon and mouth puckering acidity dominant.
Cellar 4-5 years (2007-2008) and allow the tertiary flavours to develop
