An excellent developed style. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue, showing good bottle age. Top note of green tea, cut hay, honey and toast, showing developed character. The palate has good weight, with full body structure. Flavours of hay, with toast emerging. Soft acid finish. Long honey and toast aftertaste.
