A very young Merlot, still showing a considerable degree of aggression. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Appealing nose, with inky top note followed by liquorice, spice, mulberry and blackcurrant. On the palate, spice and white pepper flavours are dominant followed by mulberry, blackcurrant and inky berry characteristics. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruit and mulberry.
