2002 Taltarni Cephas Dry Red Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is composed of a blend of 70% Shiraz and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium body. Deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of cedar, plum and stewed fruit followed by old leather end notes. The palate flavours are straightforward. Flavours of stewed fruit emerge. Soft tannins. Stewed fruit aftertaste.
