A small percentage of Viognier and Marsanne have been added to the Shiraz. Mauve, crimson colour with mauve crimson hue. Medium body. The nose is perfumed, with hints of leather, spice and plum. The palate flavour profile is quite constrained with spice and white pepper evident, followed by hints of stewed plum. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of stewed plum and spice. Clean acid finish.
