2002 Steve Hoff Heritage Wines Cabernet Sauvignon

A big black Cabernet grown by Steve Hoff’s neighbours Peter and Anita Frazer. Totally opaque purple colour with deep purple hue. Generous nose with aroma of blackcurrant, liquorice and spice being very evident. The palate reflects the density of colour with flavours of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, liquorice, spice and vanilla. Big but perfectly balanced. Fine grained tannins followed by a very long liquorice, blackcurrant, spice aftertaste. Cellar 5-8 years (2008-2011) Alc/Vol: 14.5%
