2002 Seppelt Salinger Chardonnay Pinot Noir

This is a very elegant style of Sparkling. Good creamy white mousse, with very fine, persistent bead. The base wine is straw colour. Lifted nose of cashew and biscuit with yeast lees end note, showing good complexity. The palate has elegance with citrus flavour emerging over a creamy texture, with biscuit and yeast lees in the background. Clean finish, with aftertaste of nougat, citrus and biscuit.
