2002 Saltram Mamre Brook Shiraz

Opaque black purple colour with deep purple hue. Aroma of mocha, dark chocolate, spice and plum. On the palate, flavours of vanillin oak are meshed with spice and blackberry followed by a touch of black pepper. Fine dry tannins. Aftertaste of vanillin oak, dark chocolate and mocha.
