2002 Rosemount Estate Hill of Gold Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Perfumed nose of violets, plum and blackberry with a hint of liquorice allsorts as an endnote. The palate reveals flavours of stewed fruit, black pepper and liquorice. Fine grained, soft tannins followed by a very long aftertaste of spice, black pepper and stewed plum.
