Opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The nose shows distinctive aroma of spice, ripe blackcurrant, violets and cassis. There are some dusty tannins evident on the palate with flavours of blackcurrant, cassis and dark chocolate emerging. On the back palate nuances of cedar and tobacco emerge. Fine grained tannins. An excellent refined example of Cabernet. Aftertaste of cedar, tobacco and cigar box.
