2002 Peter Lehmann Clancy's Dry Red

$131.88 Dozen
Closure: Cork

A soft early drinking Clancy’s, that should have been one of the benchmarks for the style but does not rise above its commercial quaffer status. Crimson brick red colour. Medium body. The wine has a leafy top note followed by hints of tea leaf and spice. The palate has great weight and mouth-feel with flavours of tea leaf, spice and blackberry evident. Moderate length, some liquorice flavours emerge on the back palate. Soft tannins. Leafy, blackcurrant, spice aftertaste.
