2002 Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz

A good commercial red. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top notes of plum, spice and vanilla. The palate is a touch tight, with flavours of stewed fruit, spice and mocha. Fine dry tannins, relatively soft, with aftertaste of stewed fruit, cherry and plum.
