2002 Parson's Flat Shiraz Cabernet

Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Aroma of plum, liquorice and mocca followed by a spicy end note. Mouthfilling palate with toasted oak, mocca, spice, liquorice and plum flavours emerging followed by some black pepper, toasted oak back palate flavours. Excellent weight with an almost ‘oily’ texture which is a trademark characteristic of Sparky Marquis reds. Velvet smooth tannins, followed by a very long mocca, spice, toasted oak and plum aftertaste.
