A very classy Cabernet Franc showing excellent varietal character. Deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose with distinctive raspberry spice liquorice cedar notes emerging. The palate again shows strong varietal character. Flavours of spice, blackcurrant, raspberry, cherry and cedar fill the palate followed by a hint of liquorice on the back palate. Velvet smooth tannins with very long aftertaste of cherry, raspberries and spice.
