The wine starts of very well. The mousse is impressive. Creamy and quite prolonged lasting some 30 seconds or more. Fine persistent bead. The base wine is straw coloured, with aroma of yeast lees, biscuit and cashew evident, showing good bottle development. The palate has good weight with flavours of biscuit, cashew and yeast lees over a creamy textured background. Clean acid finish.
