A wine that displays classic White Burgundy secondary aroma and flavour. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. The palate reveals quite a concentrated flavour profile, quite dry, with flavours of cashew, biscuit and just a touch of honey, citrus and hazelnut. Excellent weight and depth, with the flavours building on the palate. Clean acid finish.
