Bright pale straw colour with pale green hue. The nose is quite vegetative with a grassy, dusty aroma over a herbaceous background. The palate is again quite vegetative, with herbaceous flavours dominating over a tropical fruit background. The acidity is holding up for the short term. Grassy, herbaceous aftertaste followed by a touch of citrus.
