Pale watery colour. Aroma of ripe gooseberry, followed by notes of tropical fruit, spice and ripe pineapple with a delicate grassy end note. On the palate, flavours of ripe gooseberry, tropical fruit and spice, followed by a subtle anise finish. Soft acidity with tropical fruit and ripe gooseberry aftertaste.
