This wine is a rich, bright crimson colour with purple hues. Lovely redcurrant and cherry aromas are rich and full with gentle hints of earthiness and tobacco. The oak influence is subtle and balanced with the rich fruits. The palate has fresh bright cherry with rich dark berry fruit undertones. The tannins and oak influence is soft and gentle but combined with the rich fruit characters, add mouth feel and structure to the palate.The finish is smooth and balanced. This medium bodied, medium to dry red wine is Ideally consumed when young and fresh but will cellar for a couple of years.
