This exotic dry white is a wonderful new discovery, and is being undersold by many dollars. The blend is rather unusual for the Eastern States, but has been used with great success in the Swan Valley for years. Quartet consists of Chenin Blanc, Verdelho, Chardonnay and Semillon. Bright pale straw colour, with green tinge. The nose is exotic and filled with aroma of tropical fruit, spice, baked apple, paw paw and mango. A delightful sniff. The palate is a touch fruity but perfectly counter pointed by the dry finish. Pronounced flavours of paw paw, mango, tropical fruit and super ripe baked apple fill the palate. Crisp acid finish.
