2002 Knappstein Single Vineyard Enterprise Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The nose displays a top note of tea leaf followed by some vegetal notes, finishing with spice, blackcurrant and cedar. The palate is more impressive than the nose. The Cabernet flavours are quite pronounced and the tea leaf character that was evident on the nose has disappeared. Flavours of blackcurrant, liquorice and spice emerge. Fine grained. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, liquorice, spice and dark chocolate.
