Brilliant, pale gold colour showing some oxidation. Aroma of butterscotch, hazelnut, yeast lees and toasted oak. The palate is quite nutty with flavours of hazelnut, cashew and toasted oak, followed by a yeast lees end note. Soft acid finish, a touch broad. Aftertaste of toasted almonds and cashews.
