Brilliant deep straw colour. Aroma of biscuit, cashews and yeast lees, followed by a toasted oak endnote. The nose displays impressive secondary characteristics. Creamy palate texture, with a citrus flavour component dominant over a background of yeast lees and biscuit. The acidity is a touch high. Long aftertaste of citrus and spice.
