2002 Innocent Bystander Sangiovese Merlot

The blend is comprised of 49% Sangiovese, 46% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of spice and raspberry, followed by end notes of earth and leather. The palate reveals flavours of cherry, spice and mulberry, followed by back palate flavours of stewed plum and spice. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of cherry, spice and mulberry with spicy black pepper characteristic lingering on.
