2002 Goundrey Offspring Shiraz

The fruit for this Shiraz has been sourced from Margaret River, Blackwood Valley and Great Southern. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. The nose displays good aromatic lift, with notes of blackberry, vanilla and spice emerging, followed by black pepper endnotes. The palate displays ripe plum and spice flavours, followed by a sour cherry back palate flavour. An elegantly structured wine, with very long aftertaste of blackberry, plum and spice.
