2002 Forest Hill Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

A very good example of the varietal. Bright pale straw colour. The nose displays aroma of confectionary, ripe pear and peach, followed by a hint of spice and tropical fruit. On the palate, flavours of tropical fruit and ripe pear emerge over a layer of unripe pear and a grassy back palate. Aftertaste of unripe tropical fruit with grassy finish.
