2002 Firestick Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is showing considerable development. Medium body. Brown, brick red colour with brownish hue. Aroma of stewed fruit and cedar followed by a leather end note. Flavours of cedar and stewed fruit are followed by spice and a hint of black pepper on the back palate. Dry tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruit, cedar and confectionary.
