2002 Dowie Doole Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep brick red colour with deep brick red hue, showing bottle development. The nose also reflects some bottle age. Top note of cedar and old leather with a truffle end note. The palate fruit flavours are drying out, with cedar, stewed fruit and old leather supported by chalky tannins. Aftertaste of cedar and old leather with dry tannins persisting.
