Bright straw colour, showing oxidative handling. Aroma of biscuit, hazelnut, cashew and yeast lees followed by a butterscotch end note. On the palate there is a touch of citrus emerging followed by a layer of yeast lees, spicy oak, roast almonds and hazelnut. The acidity remains quite high, giving the back palate its lively lemon tang, however the length is only moderate.
