2002 Coriole Shiraz

Totally opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Superb aroma of violets, blackberry, spice, vanilla and liquorice followed by a hint of mocha. An excellent sniff. On the palate, flavours of mocha, plum, spice, blackberry and vanilla abound to create a mouthfilling experience, followed by a very spicy back palate which is dominated by that classic black pepper Shiraz quality. Perfect tannin balance followed by very long spice, black pepper and mocha aftertaste.
