2002 Chateau Fayau Cadillac (375ml)

An excellent sticky, from a year that many would regard as being unfashionable. Brilliant golden colour with straw hue. The nose shows strong botrytis character. Aroma of honey, apricot with just a hint of toffee. The palate flavour profile is quite luscious, but lighter than the 2001. Excellent palate weight, with flavours of honey, apricot and spice with just a touch of toffee. Clean finish. Aftertaste of honeycomb, honey and apricot.
