2002 Cathcart Ridge Estate Rhymney Reef Shiraz Pinot

A well made wine, with some unusual flavour twists. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of strawberry jam and spice. On the palate flavours of strawberry and raspberry emerge, followed by back palate flavours of mint and chocolate. Soft tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, chocolate and mint.
