Bright pale straw colour. The nose displays lifted grassy, unripe gooseberry notes followed by a tropical fruit end note. The palate flavours are a little dilute but still reveal distinct grassy, herbaceous flavours. Crisp acid finish, followed by an unripe gooseberry aftertaste.
