Since the 2000 vintage Zardetto has produced a “Millesimato” (vintage) after being acknowledged for having prime producing classic vineyards for Prosecco. Recognition Zardetto duly deserves as only the best grapes from the best vineyard goes in to making this delicious, aromatic fresh and fruity Prosecco.
In 1969, Pino Zardetto employed his many years of experience to create his Spumante, a Prosecco that reflected its history to take its place at the start of a new era.

Grape Varieties: The origins of Prosecco (grape Variety) are linked with those of the people of north east Italy before the Roman era.
Region: Veneto in the north east of Italy.
Vinification: Today’s productions are controlled not only by the oenologist’s expertise, but also by systems of analysis and electronic computerised production so that the precision and efficiency of modern times co-exist with tradition methods.
Characteristics: The Brut is crystal-clear, with hearty white foam and a fine bubble. Zardetto is intensely fruity with aromas acacia flowers, wild strawberries and mature golden apple. The soul of Prosecco virtually explodes in this Brut. Prosecco is delicately soft, balanced, and with a clean, pronounced character. It lingers for a long time on the palate.
