2001 Yeringberg Pinot Noir

Translucent mauve crimson colour with mauve hue. Aroma of strawberry, followed by a hint of game and spice. The palate delivers a moderate power wave, with flavours of strawberry and spice emerging. There is a sense of elegance and style in this wine, but a wine that is at the lighter end of the Pinot flavour spectrum. Velvet smooth tannins.
