2001 Yeringberg Chardonnay

Bright gold colour with deep straw hue, showing bottle development. Aroma of honey, honeycombe, cashew and yeast lees. The palate is showing developed flavours of hazelnut, cashew and biscuit. Creamy texture. The acidity is falling away. Aftertaste of honeycomeb and yeast lees.
